This makes twice I've gone at the time agreed to via the appointment only to find that I would have to wait at least 15 minutes. Both times, my stylist snuck someone in before me even though I was due to arrive shortly. (I was on time once and early once. Their check-in policy is a bunch of bull. If I do my part why can't they do theirs?

Absolutely the WORST haircut I have had in my entire life. I asked that she follow the previous haircut style but she completely changed the back to a sort of three stooges style, whacked off over an inch of sideburn length and shortened the hair length in back by over three inches!! It was not even close to what I asked for. Terrible to the point of it being embarrassing to go out in public. (I had a fine haircut there by another stylist once.)

Usually I always get an amazing haircut, but today I was extremely disappointed. I came in and my stylist, Rita, did not know how to cut my hair at all. I do not know if it was her first day, or any other circumstantial event, but I am very disappointed with my hair. The sides are not even, and looking at it right now it is not complete. This is probably one of the worst haircuts I have gotten. I am hoping my styling product will help make it better, and I can hide some of the imperfections. The only reason I am not giving it 0 stars is because the other stylists are amazing and every other time I have gotten a haircut from it turns out even better than I thought it would. I don't blame the stylist because she seems new and inexperienced, I just wished she had given me to someone else.
